We have been teaching our Adult Tap classes in the small hall at St Martin’s Church twice weekly for over 15 years and have always been satisfied with the venue/facilites. The small hall we tap dance in has always been very satisfactory for us along with good lighting and good heating facilities too. Accessibility to the Church has also greatly improved since the recent works that were carried out to the Car Park, which has made life a lot easier for us and has also provided more parking space for our students. Overall we’ve been very happy at St Martin’s Church and hope to continue to be there for many years to come!!— Chris's Toe Tappers
The hall is absolutely perfect for our playgroup and very safe for the little ones – radiators are protected, lots of light and the kitchen not accessible to little people easily! Having a fully equipped kitchen with serving hatch is great, and so is the ample porch space for coats and pushchairs! Will definitely have my children’s parties there!— Katrina Healey-Davis: St Martin's Parent & Toddler Group
For the last 10 years, we have rented the large church hall at St Martin’s church, once a month, and have always found the facilities excellent and clean. We have had great co-operation and friendliness from the hall’s management officer, who has done everything to meet our requirements.— Maurice Emerson: St Martin's Seniors Club
I have been running my Kumon maths and English classes at St. martins church for over two years now. I have always found the members of the church organisation very friendly and approachable. I would recommend this church to all as the two halls are adequate for most functions/ gatherings.— Bela Mehta – Walsall Daisy Bank Kumon Centre
Walsall Society of Artists has used the hall on a monthly basis for some years, now. We have always been delighted with the venue, it is large, airy, well-lit and there are more than sufficient seating for our demonstration meetings. The facilities are well looked after, the car-parking is excellent and we would be delighted to recommend the hall to any organisation looking for a fair-sized meeting room (our numbers at any one meeting vary between 40 and 90 – we could not suggest more than 90 – safety issues arise with seating by the doors).— Walsall Society of Artists
The Walsall Older Persons Project is a Day Service for elderly people with learning difficulties run by Mencap. We moved to St Martins in December 2004 as it offers really good facilities for those who are less mobile or confined to wheelchairs.— Peter Greenwood: WOPP
